What We Offer

Diabetes education is a collaborative process through which people with or at risk for diabetes gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify behavior and successfully self-manage the disease and its related conditions. The program is comprehensive and taught by one of our pharmacists/diabetes educators who has extensive training.

Our Specialist

“These classes are interactive, collaborative, and FUN! I love to help patients feel empowered to change their behaviors, which ultimately leads to better diabetes control. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2011 at the age 25. So I get it! Managing diabetes is complex and exhausting, so I also like having the opportunity to learn from participants in class. It truly takes the support of a village sometimes, and I’m happy to be able to bring this program to our community.”
